ARRTERR - PRE-ASSEMBLED SYSTEM FOR REINFORCED SOILS WITH INCLINED RENDERABLE FACE

Reinforced earth is a geotechnical system often used in the construction of earth embankments, for construction works
stabilization and containment of the counter-bank and underscarp of slopes, in road, railway and hydraulic areas;
on ski slopes; rockfall valleys and naturalistic engineering works.

Compared to the traditional elements of a reinforced earth construction, which provide for the separate laying of the
constituent elements such as the front facing, the fine retainer and the planar reinforcements, the ARRTERR system is already

pre-assembled, with an inclined face between 50° and 70°, already joining together:

• Planar structural reinforcements in polymeric double twist hexagonal wire mesh;
• The fine retainer in 100% natural, biodegradable anti-erosion biomesh with open mesh;

• The front facing and the base are in electro-welded Znal alloy mesh, edged and hinged by points, so as to form a rigid and articulated front element.

• The planar reinforcements in double twist wire mesh guarantee high standards of stiffness and at the same time absence of deformation due to creep;
• The front facings being covered in znal alloy have high durability and a good visual impact;

• ARRTERR is pre-assembled and designed in "safety", to avoid injury or cuts to workers on site;
• The up to retainer in open mesh bionet allows effective anti-erosion retention and at the same time is effective in allowing hydroseeding or other greening techniques to take root;
• The ARRTERR system is supplied pre-shaped and made to measure according to the project specifications, with angles predetermined by the project by inserting triangular brackets;

• Being pre-assembled, the ARRTERR system allows you to reduce processing times, costs and risks;

• The predetermined geometric modularity makes ARRTERR also suitable for the creation of mixed works with other techniques (for example together with the hexagonal mesh gabions);

• ARRTERR reinforced earths are made in compliance with the provisions of the Cons Guideline. Sup.

LL.PP. 69/2013 and are equipped with CE marking.

ARRSYSTEM is a pre-assembled system of "mixed" reinforced earth (which combines the characteristics of gabions in
hexagonal wire mesh and that of reinforced earth ARRTERR), is a modular system for stabilization
of slopes, embankments and/or embankments; externally covered with stones.

GABIONS AND REGREENABLE GABIONS - RETAINING WALLS AND HYDRAULIC PROTECTION WORKS

The double twist hexagonal wire mesh gabions are box-like structures filled with stones, which act
as gravity support structures, with high water drainage capacity, exploiting the cohesion between
stones and wire mesh.
The main fields of application of gabion structures in hexagonal wire mesh can be found in:

• Construction of retaining walls on the counter bank and under scarp for the consolidation of landslide, road, railway and architectural slopes;
• Realization of both longitudinal and transversal hydraulic protections (for example hydraulic bridles);

• Implementation of low-cost engineering works

GABIONS WITH HULK ANCHORS

Arrigo Gabbioni offers an innovative system of Tirantati Gabions with application of Hulk insertion ground anchors.
The proposed system - effective, rapid, safe, made with highly durable materials and with certified performance - allows you to increase the safety coefficient of the gabion work by reducing its footprint and canceling the effect of any sliding surfaces behind it wall, without the need for further excavations and excavations, without resorting to the use of specialized machinery such as drilling machines or the use of grout or cement mortar.

Application areas
